Submitting Apologies for non atttendance at the monthly lunch
As a part of joining our Probus Club Members undertake to attend lunches on the second Wednesday of each Month. There is a charge for each lunch. To avoid this charge in any Month Members must message the treasurere to declare their absence no later than the proceeding Sunday

TO RECORD YOUR APOLOGIES AND/OR YOUR GUESTS’ NAMES, YOU MUST MESSAGE THE TREASURER BY THE SUNDAY PRIOR TO THE LUNCH. You will receive confirmation. [Andrew.wilkie@ymail.com, (NOTE, it is not “gmail”, it is “ymail”) or tel. 07989 576140.] UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM THE TREASURER YOU REMAIN LIABLE FOR THE COST OF LUNCHES FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS. ANY PROBLEMS CHASE THE TREASURER. No action is required if you expect to attend the lunch as normal.
TO CANCEL YOUR LUNCH AND THEN NOTIFY ANDREW
FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN YOU HAVING TO PAY THE COST OF THE MEAL
in order to cover coffee and biscuits - and the 2 course lunch the cost from the September meetings will increase to £31.27 for members and please if paying by cheque make it payable to Probus club of north bournemouth
Please note the club does not have public liability insurance
